LCMC Health in New Orleans is seeking an Operating Room and Outpatient Surgery Center Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate perioperative care. You will work as a circulating and/or scrub nurse, prepare patients for surgery, and ensure a sterile environment while coordinating with the surgical team.
You will document care, educate patients and families, support efficient patient flow, and participate in safety initiatives, time-outs, and post-operative discharge planning.

In the fast-paced surgical environment, you serve as a critical connection between the patient, surgeon, anesthesiologist, and the entire interdisciplinary care team. From preparing patients for surgery and ensuring a safe, sterile environment to providing exceptional care throughout the perioperative experience and supporting patients through recovery and discharge, you are there every step of the way.
