Below is the estimated pay rate.

• Location: Cherokee, IA, 51012
• Shift Notes: 40/hrs 7:00am-3:30pm (may vary due to OR schedule) M-F Call 1-2 times per week and at least every 3rd weekend. Usually, one black out day a week.
• Pre-Op, PACU and Circulating* Scrub Preferred please list skills
• Call-Response time- 30 minutes

Pay Details (40 hours)

• Gross Pay Weekly: $2947 (based on 40hrs)
• Weekly Taxable: $1680 ($42/hr x 40hrs)
• Misc. and I E: $476 (non-tax weekly)
• Lodging: $791 per week
• OT Rate: $100 (After 40hrs)
• Estimated Net Weekly: $2443 (Based on 40hrs)
