Atrium Centers is a 60-bed, employee-owned community in Frederic, WI, seeking an attentive RN to provide high-quality, individualized care and build meaningful relationships with residents. You’ll work within a mission-driven team focused on compassion and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications, and supervising nursing assistants, with opportunities for growth in a supportive environment and a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required in Wisconsin.
• IV certification and ability to administer medications required.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations for nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants.

What You’ll Do
