Job summary

Bingham Healthcare in Blackfoot, ID is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. You will provide hands-on patient care, assess needs, document care, and collaborate with a dedicated team to support recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Associate degree in nursing or other qualifying nursing education.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RN or LPN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on patient needs and established care requirements.
• Assess patient conditions and adjust care as needed.
• Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in their condition.
• Support patient admissions and help ensure care needs are addressed.
• Help maintain a safe environment that promotes patient dignity, comfort, and rights.
• Respond appropriately to challenging situations, including escalating behaviors, elopement, and suicidal behavior.
