Job summary

Allaire Rehab and Nursing in New Jersey is seeking qualified RN or LPN staff to join our team under the Nurses for Nursing Homes program. Eligible candidates may qualify for up to $40,000 toward student loans and a $10,000 stipend.

You’ll work 30+ hours per week with a 3-year commitment, and support will be provided to ease transition from school or prior debt. This role offers a pathway to meaningful patient care while reducing education costs and building your career here.

Nurses who join our team may be eligible for up to $40,000 toward student loans and/or a $10,000 stipend, paid directly to you, in exchange for a 3-year commitment working 30+ hours per week here.

• Have not worked in a nursing home in the past 60 days
