Job summary

Outfield-Healthcare-Partners is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs for the night shift in our skilled nursing team in Missouri. You will provide bedside care, monitor patients, administer medications, and collaborate with a supportive, patient-focused team.

We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, PTO + 401(k), and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. CPR/BLS certification and current MO RN or LPN license are required; long-term care experience is preferred.
