Job summary

LifeScape in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a residential facility serving children and young adults with complex developmental, behavioral, medical, and mental health needs. Work in a home-like setting with a compassionate, professional team dedicated to person-centered care.

You will assess health needs, provide respiratory support, interpret lab values, document electronically, educate families and staff, promote wellness, and mentor

Qualifications

  • RN or LPN licensure required.
  • Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program; SD licensure required.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for children.
  • Provide respiratory care and medical support.
  • Interpret lab values and clinical data.
  • Electronically document medical records.
  • Educate and guide staff, families, patients, and students.
  • Promote health, wellness, and safety.
  • Support and mentor Direct Care staff.

Requirements

Registered Nurse: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program required. Valid South Dakota RN Licensure required.

Licensed Practical Nurse: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program required. Valid South Dakota LPN Licensure required.

Prior Nursing Or Direct Care Experience Preferred

All positions require a clear background check and drug screen upon conditional offer.
