Brookdale is seeking caring professionals to support residents in a compassionate, home-like environment across our Massachusetts communities.

You will assist with daily care, monitor residents per treatment plans, document responses, and help maintain a safe, respectful setting. An LPN/LVN license is required by state regulations; nurses may administer medications as directed. The team emphasizes dignity, engagement, and person-centered support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state-appropriate LPN/LVN license.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care following care plans.
• Document resident progress and communicate updates to the care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe, home-like environment for residents.
• Monitor residents according to physician orders and care plans, documenting responses.
• Administer medications only as directed by nursing staff and ensure medication safety.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.
• Nurses also administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
• LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations.
