Job summary

SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to deliver compassionate care in a correctional health setting. You’ll perform assessments, medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management while supporting medical, dental, and psychiatric services.

Working within a secure facility, you’ll collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team, respond to emergencies, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license is required.
• Experience in correctional/clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments, med administration and wound care.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and plan care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Provide wound care and chronic disease management.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
