Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Hanford, CA seeks an RN for an Operating Room position on a 13-week contract. In-office, day shift with 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week. Requires DaVinci experience, and alternating Friday call with one weekend call every 5-6 weeks.

The RN will provide coordinated perioperative nursing care, supervise nursing staff, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS and AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Supervises and directs nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Participates in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.
