Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Sports Surgery Center at The Star is hiring a Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator. Monday-Friday only with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

The Circulator provides nursing care during surgery, positions and preps the patient, and circulates the case. Experience in Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Total Joints and Spine procedures is preferred, with a valid RN license and active state license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• Strong Orthopedic experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• Position the patient, prep the patient and circulate the case.
• Work with specialties in Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Total Joints and Spine procedures.
