Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. (USPI) is hiring a RN OR Circulator Full Time for the New Mexico Surgery Center - Multispecialty. Schedule is Monday to Friday with holidays and weekends off and no on-call requirement.

The role requires RN licensure, 1 year of surgery experience, and robotics experience. BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required; CNOR preferred. Join a fast-paced ASC focused on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• RN license in good standing.
• Experience in perioperative nursing, especially operating room.
• Robotic surgery experience preferred.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required or current.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mission of North Central Surgical Center as part of the OR team.
• Assess data based on patient condition and planned interventions.
• Address physiological, psychological, socio-cultural, and spiritual needs of patients.
• Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, accuracy, and completeness.
• Follow AORN standards and cooperate as a team member.
• Complete required competencies and maintain licenses.
