Job summary

UCHealth Memorial Hospital Colorado Springs is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This full-time, onsite role works 80 hours per pay period with a day shift and a pay range of $38.91–$60.31 per hour, depending on experience.

Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, and at least 6 months of OR nursing experience or UCHealth Fellowship, plus BLS certification before start date.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of OR nursing experience or UCHealth Fellowship.
• BLS certification by AHA/Red Cross required.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in Perioperative, PACU or OR settings.
• Contribute to evidence-based care models and safety standards.
• Clinical Educators support and guide orientation and training.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of OR nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
• BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
