Job summary

Richmond University Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for the Day Shift to manage perioperative care on the assigned unit. The role requires the RN license in New York, BSN, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of scrubbing and circulating experience in major surgical cases and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Physical ability to push/pull and lift 25 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Current New York State RN registration is required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN is required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• NIHSS and TCAR within 6 months of hire.
• 2–3 years' experience scrubbing and circulating major surgical cases.
• Previous OR experience required.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
• Able to push, pull and lift 25 pounds.

Salary

Salary Range: $61.653/hr - $67.819/hr (Commensurate with Experience)
