Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, using established nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The role supports professional growth and adheres to organizational policies while delivering quality care on a dedicated team.

The staff nurse will maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities with all assigned staff to ensure safe, effective care

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• No experience required; New Graduates of a nursing program eligible.
• Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred.
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions Preferred.
• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum).
