Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time Day shifts at Beavercreek, Ohio. The RN will deliver patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring safety and quality across clinical settings.

Required are an accredited nursing degree (ADN or BSN), current Ohio RN license, and BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days). Preferred BSN and ACLS or related certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Clinical experience during nursing program accepted.
• Current, valid RN license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• None required; clinical experience during nursing program accepted.
• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• One year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or relevant specialty setting.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or specialty certification applicable to clinical area.
