Job summary

Spaulding Hospital-Cambridge, Inc. seeks a registered nurse to provide safe, individualized care and to evaluate nursing care for groups of patients. The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's in Nursing and an active RN license.

You will maintain records, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and adjust patient care plans. On-site at 1575 Cambridge Street with a 36-hour work week.

Job Summary

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

Essential Functions

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
