Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Oncology Unit in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time night-shift role runs 7:00pm–7:30am with every other weekend. Eligible candidates will have an Associate's degree or BSN and Illinois licensure, plus current CPR certification.

• Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate.

• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs.
• Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

What you will do

What you will need

• Education: Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing

• License: Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois

• Certification: Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
