Job summary

St. Mary's Medical Center in West Virginia is seeking a Special Full Time RN for the Oncology Department. The nurse will plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care with nursing staff and other health professionals.

You will ensure efficient use of resources, maintain established standards of care, and document variations. Graduate of an approved School of Nursing with WV RN licensure (or compact state) and BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in West Virginia or a valid compact state license.
• BLS certification is required.

Accountable for assuring effective use of available resources, maintaining established standards of care and meeting outcomes within an appropriate length of stay. Ensures that variations based on patients' individual needs are justified and well documented. Assists with the management needs of Nursing Unit.

Experience preferred but not required.Knowledge of current nursing procedures. BLS required.
