Job summary

Atrium Health Pineville is seeking a dedicated RN to join the Oncology/Med/Surg unit, a ground-up team joining a new unit designed for growth and development. The role focuses on coordinating patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe, evidence-based practices and high-quality outcomes.

The position requires an accredited nursing program completion, a state RN license, and at least 6 months of RN experience, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience (not for new grads).
• RN license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication.
