Job summary

AtWork Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Oncology team for outpatient clinic care. This is a 1-year commitment with a weekday schedule, no weekends, and a starting pay of $29.80/hour.

The role includes administering chemotherapy, monitoring infusion patients, coordinating care, and educating patients and families. A valid Oklahoma RN license, oncology experience, infusion/chemotherapy experience and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Oklahoma RN license.
• Minimum of one year of RN oncology experience.
• Infusion and chemotherapy administration experience required.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Administer chemotherapy and other medications through IV and intramuscular routes as ordered.
• Assist physicians with examinations, treatments, and diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor patients during infusion treatments and respond appropriately to clinical changes.
• Coordinate patient care, including triage calls, scheduling, and hospital admissions.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care.
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and patient responses within the electronic medical record.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.

Direct Hire | Full-Time

Monday – Friday | Days | 8: 00 AM – 5: 30 PM

$2, 500 Sign-On Bonus (1-year commitment)

• Oncology nursing experience required.
• Infusion and chemotherapy administration experience required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Stable employment history.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
