Job summary

Ochsner Health in Louisiana seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to apply the Nursing Process in delivering patient care and to lead and collaborate with a diverse care team. You will be accountable for quality outcomes and patient education within a supportive hospital environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Delegate and coordinate with interdisciplinary team to optimize care delivery.

  • Effectively uses the Nursing Process in the delivery of patient care.

  • Utilizes data, information and knowledge to evaluate and promote change in order to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Embraces concepts and behaviors that enhance customer satisfaction and employee morale and improvement in the profession of nursing.
