About This Role

As an RN in the Observation Unit at Cleveland Clinic’s South Pointe Hospital, you will provide exceptional care to patients requiring expedited evaluation. This role is ideal for dedicated caregivers who thrive in a supportive environment and are committed to enhancing patient experiences.

Highlights

• Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
• Location: Warrensville Hts, OH
• Schedule: Day/Night rotation, every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Sign-On Bonus: Not mentioned

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs
• Educate patients and their families

Requirements

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
• Experience: 1+ years of current acute care RN experience; military RN experience considered
• Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
