Mosai is seeking a skilled RN reviewer to validate OASIS assessments within its AI-assisted platform for multiple home health clients. You will verify platform findings against source records and provide defensible recommendations, ensuring accuracy across Start of Care, Resumption of Care, and other timepoints.

Hybrid role based in Nashville or Jacksonville, requiring HIPAA compliance and ability to work remotely with secured workspace. Strong PDGM and coding knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license required in applicable states.
• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• COS-C or HCS-O certification required at time of hire.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Medicare-certified home health.
• Hands-on experience with major home health EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform clinical review and validation of OASIS assessments.
• Independently verify platform findings against source records.
• Review OASIS across Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertification, Transfer and Discharge.
