Job summary

CommuniCare Family of Companies, Lewisburg Healthcare Center in West Virginia, seeks an RN Nursing Unit Manager with heart and leadership to oversee the unit's 24-hour operations and ensure person-centered care for residents.

You will be responsible for staff supervision, compliance with state regulations, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams. WV RN license, 2–5 years' supervisory experience, and LTC familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in West Virginia (WV) licensed.
• 2–5 years of supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for residents and families.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and care teams.
