Responsibilities include supervising staff, performing skilled assessments, coordinating admissions, communicating with physicians and families, ensuring care plans meet regulatory standards, and participating in quality assurance

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Experience with EHR software preferred (PCC).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and participate in resident care.
• Supervise, instruct and assist nursing staff.
• Make rounds and provide report.
• Perform skilled care assessments.
• Respond to and monitor care issues and changes in condition.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding care.
• Oversee care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in quality assurance and audits.
• Assist with new admissions and emergencies.
