Qualifications

• Valid State RN License
• BLS at hire
• ACLS within 6 months of hire/promotion to Nursing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned nursing personnel and serve as resource person
• Provide and oversee nursing care and ensure standards
• Maintain patient care quality under Chief Nursing Officer guidance
• Document accurately using EPIC
• Support continuity of care and quality improvement
