Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse with experience equivalent to four years of RN.

• Graduate degree in nursing with two years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the activities of nursing staff for one or more programs.
• Develops program standards and goals and monitors activities to ensure goals are met.
• Identifies developmental needs of employees and documents policies and procedures.
• Writes and reviews personnel evaluations for subordinate nursing staff.
• Compares safety and health policies to current nursing practices and updates as needed.
• Performs nursing activities including assessment, basic life support, and emergency response participation.
