Qualifications

Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
Minimum of two years of nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, patient assessments, and care planning.
