Brookings Health System is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to join our Neighborhoods at Brookview. The role will oversee assessment care planning, the MDS process, and care planning for residents, including admissions, discharges and transfers.
You will collaborate with the Nursing Director to ensure regulatory compliance, promote a person-centered culture, support household operations, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and their families.

Compensation range for this position is $34.07 to $48.58, depending on experience.
The Nursing Supervisor completes assessment care planning for the residents on the household/neighborhood, which will include the MDS process and care planning process.
The Nursing Supervisor will complete admission, discharge and transfer paperwork.
The Nursing Supervisor will participate in planning, organizing, directing, and facilitating the clinical operations for the household/neighborhood.
The Nurse Supervisor will work with the Nursing Director to ensure regulatory compliance, nurture a person-centered and resident-directed culture, strengthen the ability of the household to grow as a separate effective home and promote individual and team learning in the household.
The Nursing Supervisors will collaborate with residents and their familiesto achieve optimal care residents. They will provide excellent customer service at all times for the facility and maintain flexibility to meet a constantly changing work environment.
