The RN Nursing Research and Innovation Program Manager acts as a consultant to the nursing organization and healthcare delivery team related to evidence-based practice and nursing research. Supports the application of evidence-based practice within the organization and serves as an innovator and educator for the community and region at large. Leads by example, promoting a professional practice environment by fostering a spirit of inquiry, scholarly activity, evidence-based practice, and research utilization. Engages nursing and the healthcare team in a constant pursuit of innovation and excellence in care delivery that are reflected in patient outcomes. Leads and supports committees and councils, as well as individual nurses, by identifying areas and opportunities for research and innovation and supporting the fruition of the identified areas.
