Job summary

AdventHealth in Sebring, FL seeks an experienced nursing leadership professional to guide HR-driven initiatives and optimize the nursing pipeline. You will collaborate with unit leaders to implement corrective actions, monitor performance metrics, and support program adjustments to meet organizational goals.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 3+ years in leadership, and an RN license with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience and 3+ in nursing, business, or related field.
• RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with nursing unit leaders and HR to perform behavior modification duties and corrective action pathways.
• Maintains data and metrics of team members and reports findings to the Regional Program Manager.
• Supports program adjustments based on data to improve achievement of goals.
• Represents the organization at events as an academic liaison to healthcare programs.
• Guides hiring on nursing units to align with applicant goals and coordinates job shadow and interviews.

Job Description

• Collaborates with nursing unit leaders and human resources to perform behavior modification duties such as corrective action pathways.

• Connects with team members regularly through established best practices, including rounding, scheduled check-ins, talent care, and onboarding tools.
