Pinecrest Retirement Community in Lufkin, TX is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating nursing services across units. Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm; provide rounds, ensure staff presence, stocking, and smooth operation; oversee EMR documentation and infection control.

The role emphasizes adherence to Federal, State and local regulations, staff education, family communications, and maintaining quality care for residents.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited vocational school of nursing.
• A current Texas RN license.
• At least three years of general nursing experience, including supervision and geriatric nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Make daily rounds to all nursing units, ensuring staff presence, supplies, and unit operations.
• Follow up with families and residents, reviewing clinical records and communicating as appropriate.
• Provide oversight for infection control and conduct in-services for staff.
• Ensure accurate nursing documentation in the EMR and educate staff as needed.
• Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations; perform other duties as assigned.
