Job summary

Beloit Comprehensive Treatment Center, part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, Beloit, WI, is seeking an RN Supervisor for our Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program. This full-time role offers early morning hours: Monday–Friday 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, with opportunities for growth in a leading MAT provider.

You will supervise daily clinical operations, ensure compliance with all regulations, manage staff schedules, and contribute to patient-centered care in a behavioral health

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred, depending on state requirements.
• Experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Medication Room compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Supervise daily clinical operations, assign staff and manage schedules.
• Evaluate nursing, technical, clerical staff performance.
• Ensure medical records are compliant with laws and policies.
• Oversee quality assurance and safety programs; contribute to policy development.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of staff.
• May administer medications and document administration; count controlled substances.
• May perform specimen collection and processing as ordered.
• Transport meds or work on mobile unit as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
