Livingston Hills Nursing and Rehab is actively seeking an Experienced RN Nurse Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have prior long term care experience and possess an excellent positive attitude to act as the leader of a group.

We offer a generous sign on bonus for full and part time RN hires. The role includes supervisory duties, policy implementation, mentoring, ensuring care standards, and resident case review with management collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid NYS RN License.
• 2 years Long Term Care Experience preferred.
• 1 year Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.

• Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice.
