Position Summary:

An effective RN Nurse Navigator possesses skills in communication, organization, problem solving, critical thinking, collaboration, advocacy, time management, and multitasking. Must possess knowledge and experience in the department specialty and have a broad understanding of the health care system. Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures. Patient care assignment may include Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric age groups.
