Job summary

Willamette Family seeks an experienced RN Nurse Manager for Withdrawal Management and the Buckley residential program in Oregon. This W2 salaried exempt role leads nursing staff and oversees medication management and clinical operations.

The ideal candidate holds an Oregon RN license, CPR/BLS, and at least two years of nursing leadership experience in SUD or behavioral health settings, with strong organizational and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted Oregon RN license.
  • CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in SUD or behavioral health.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience with nursing staff.
  • Knowledge of medication management, storage, reconciliation, and infection prevention.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise nursing staff and provide clinical oversight.
  • Oversee medication-management procedures and safety.
  • Develop and implement nursing protocols for withdrawal management.
  • Coordinate with medical director and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Oregon rules and ASAM standards.
