Job summary

Lifespace Communities, Inc. is seeking a Manager RN to lead daily nursing operations and uphold clinical excellence at the Village on the Green in Longwood, FL. This hands-on RN leadership role focuses on resident-centered care and building a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.

You will ensure accurate medication administration, treatments, and documentation, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes and uphold quality and compliance standards.
