Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks an experienced facility operations leader to oversee quality patient care and regulatory compliance. The role supports staff training, equipment management, physician and patient relations, and cost containment.

This leadership position requires an active RN license with ACLS, substantial supervisory experience, and strong skills in documentation, safety, and staff coordination to sustain high standards of in-home and facility-based care.

Qualifications

• RN license with current licensure and ACLS certification; 6-8 years of related experience, including supervisory or management roles.
• Experience in Ambulatory Surgical Centers, Interventional Radiology, or ICU/CCU preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical database software.
• Ability to manage staff, ensure quality care, and handle emergency procedures.
• Additional focus may include specific departmental or location duties.

Responsibilities

• Supports quality standards through CQI initiatives, implements quality goals, ensures accurate documentation, and maintains safety protocols.
• Coordinates patient care from admission to discharge, administers medications and sedation, and handles emergency situations.
• Communicates effectively with physicians, manages equipment and facility maintenance, and participates in regulatory surveys and audits.
• Supervises staff, manages medications and medical records, and conducts safety meetings.
• Ensures compliance with policies, HIPAA, and safety standards.
