Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance in our post-acute care settings.

You will mentor nursing staff, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and oversee staffing, patient assessments, and care planning to deliver outstanding outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning.
