Wellbrook Recovery in Chardon, OH is seeking an experienced RN-Nurse to join its detox, substance use treatment, and mental health teams. The role focuses on direct patient care in a detox and residential setting, supporting individuals with SUD and co-occurring disorders.

You will administer meds, monitor withdrawal with CIWA/COWS, document in EMR, and collaborate with physicians and staff to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. Flexible shifts available; day/evening/overnight.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Experience in detox, behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or psychiatric nursing.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced RN-Nursewith a background in detox, substance use treatment, and mental health to join our growing clinical team. This role focuses on providing direct patient care in a detox and residential treatment setting, supporting individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patients in a detoxification (detox) setting

• Assess and document withdrawal symptoms (CIWA, COWS preferred)

• Provide nursing care for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders

• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and clinical staff

• Respond to medical needs and emergencies in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems

• Support a structured, safe, and therapeutic environment
