Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts at Washington County Jail in Tennessee. The role features a 12-hour night rotation with every other weekend, supported by a team dedicated to respectful, compassionate care.

You will practice at the top of your license in a structured environment, with a sign-on bonus, retention bonus, and shift differential offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• Experience in correctional healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to work nights and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide full bedside nursing care to inmates at Washington County Jail.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care.
• Collaborate with jail medical staff to ensure safe, ethical care.
