MGA Homecare in Washington is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our home health team serving Skagit, King, Snohomish, Kitsap, Pierce, Thurston, and Whatcom counties.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($45–$52), flexible schedules with both full-time and part-time positions, paid training, CEU opportunities, and a range of benefits after 30 days. Expect individualized patient care with 1:1 caseloads and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in Washington/Compact (required).
• Attention to Detail.

• Home Health Experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
