Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred for rehabilitation settings.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care.
• Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs.
• Support ongoing quality and safety initiatives during patient care.
