The unit cares for a diverse patient population with an average stay of about 2 days, offering a strong learning environment for new graduates and nurses alike. The role features 12-hour night shifts, a 28-bed unit, and a supportive team culture focused on safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• New Grads Welcome!
• Strong interest and passion for nursing.
• A commitment to teamwork, communication, and continual professional growth.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
