Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to implement, direct, communicate, and document nursing care in accordance with Indiana standards and the Nurse Practice Act. You will advocate for patient safety, coordinate care, and document interventions across multiple departments.

Qualifications include RN licensure in Indiana, CPR certification (on hire or within 60 days), and either bedside or OR experience; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana License required.
• CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Bedside or Operating Room nursing experience preferred; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process per established standards.
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Provide patient and family education and document nursing interventions.
