Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Coulterville Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Illinois. Full-time Night Shift with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Part-Time and PRN evening and night opportunities available.

As an RN you will ensure efficient nursing care, mentor staff, coordinate with physicians, and uphold standards. Must hold an active RN license in the state; LTC experience preferred; strong communication and a passion for caring for seniors.

Qualifications

• A fire and passion for working with seniors.
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
• Oversee resident care during assigned shift, including staff assignments and mentoring, coordinating with physicians and other professionals.
