Formación

• BSN degree required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification with card in-hand before start date.
• ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff; respond to managerial requests.
• Coordinate patient flow between units to maximize safety and experience and efficient resource use.
• Evaluate patient care effectiveness and coordinate with staff, physicians, and departments to resolve issues.
• Make administrative decisions in conjunction with MOC/AOC and address complaints through established channels.
