Corning Specialty Care, part of Care Initiatives, is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (6pm–6am) in Corning, IA. The 40-bed skilled nursing community seeks a compassionate clinician to provide direct care, administer medications, and support daily operations with a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state LTC regulations.
• Strong empathy, respect, patience and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring quality care and resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to status changes promptly.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, providers and interdisciplinary teams to promote teamwork.
