Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12-hour night shift. This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities across Oncology, Renal, Orthopedics, Progressive Care, OR, and Emergency Department.

Eligible for tuition reimbursement from day one and comprehensive benefits. Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, Indiana RN license, CPR certification within 60 days of hire, and bedside or OR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License; CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Experience: Bedside or Operating Room experience preferred; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care by implementing, directing, communicating and documenting the nursing process per current standards.
• Advocate for patients and ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and patient outcomes.
